About the Artist
Hey! I'm Sadie
I am the owner and sole stylist at Vanity Craft Salon. My journey into the beauty industry started as a nursing school dropout. At the time, I was working in a med spa assisting and doing airbrush tanning. I quickly grew to love how something as simple as a 15 minute appointment could change someone's day or even their week. So it was there that my passion for strengthening my clients confidence grew. In 2012 I started attending Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in Carrollton, Tx. While in school I studied and attended classes elsewhere to further extend my knowledge of hair and beauty. My specialties include hair color (especially blondes!), curly hair and texture, haircutting and extensions. Below is a little more about me to see if we would vibe together!
-I love anything spooky, Halloween is my favorite holiday and I'm mildly (okay very) obsessed with bats.
-I am drawn to spiritual healing and absolutely love to give my clients mini therapy sessions every appointment.
-I'm a redhead currently but I've had just about every color in the rainbow on my head. Seriously...
-You can find some wide variety of music playing in the salon thanks to my indecisive music taste such as, Elvis, 2000's emo bands, N'sync & Britney, some indie bands and chillstep. *if I'm playing Cardi B ask me if I've been kidnapped*
-I have a mini family with a lot of animals. My family consists of my boyfriend of 7 years Randy, 2 cats; Wynter & Avery and 3 dogs; Zach, Rupee & Kota. And 2 large fish tanks.
-I'm a plant addict. Have a plant question? I gotchu! I would tell you how many I have acquired but I honestly have no idea. You can follow my plant page for a more personal look @elvishplanter
-I'm basically a huge nerd and a grandma all in one. I play video games, Dungeons & Dragons and I also sew, cross stitch, and I'm currently building a dollhouse (slowly...)
