New Clients


New clients MUST book a color consultation for all color appointments unless just a simple root retouch. Services vary by price depending on time and product used so a consultation is very important to have your stylist and yourself on the same page. When booking as a new client a credit card is required to hold your scheduled appointment. You will not be charged unless you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no show your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy below for more information.

Please complete the virtual consult form by booking a virtual consult on our booking page below and a stylist will be in touch within 48 hours upon receiving your inquiry. This form will help us determine if an in person consultation is required before we move forward. Should you prefer an in person consult you may also book an in person consult below.

Cancellation Policy


We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice.  This way, we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  However, if last minute cancellations become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.  Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:


   ** Continuation of less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved appointment(s) **

   ** ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of service amount **


As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time 24 & 72 hours prior to your appointment time.
